My name is Daniel Lodowsky and I am the owner and sole proprietor of Central Mass Home Inspection Services, LLC.
Central Mass Home Inspection was established in 2004 by my stepfather Michael Sereti. After a long and successful career, Mike has decide to retire and spend his much deserved days off fishing, gardening, and spending time with his beloved grandchildren.
I have been certified as a licensed home inspector since 2022 and have been fortunate enough to train under Mike for the past 3 years. As the new owner and operator of CMHI, it is my mission to offer the same dedicated and detail-oriented services my stepfather provided for almost 20 years making him one of the most respectable home inspectors in the Commonwealth.
When I am not doing home inspections, I work as a full-time firefighter, which has been my career since 2011. As your home inspector, it is my objective to provide you with a comprehensive inspection to ensure that your new home is safe as well as give you the understanding of how things operate within it.
